President's Message

Dear Sunset Pointe Homeowners: Our goal as Board of Directors is to protect the investment we all have in our homes. By making sure that everyone is complying with all the rules and by-laws, Sunset Pointe can be the most appealing and safest community within Silver Lakes. We need your help! This takes cooperation from ALL residents. Together, we must unite, to beautify and safe-keep our community.

A copy of the rules and regulations for SilverLakes has been posted on our website for your convenience. Please be sure to follow these guidelines in order to comply with all the regulations of OUR community.

We encourage all our residents to express their concerns and to give us suggestions on how to improve our community. Please feel free to write to us and let us know your thoughts and concerns, if you are unable to attend our quarterly meetings. We always look forward in hearing from other homeowners such as ourselves.
